You can close the iPad settings page and navigate back to our iPad Merchant App. Select 'settings' from the bottom menu.
Select 'sounds' from the menu on the left.
Choose any sound that you would like as an alert. We recommend that you choose a longer playing sound like "opening" or 'uplift" ... However, the choice is yours.
Make sure that you have your iPad volume turned up. If your iPad is located in a noisy environment then you could also use external speakers to amplify the alert.
Press 'save' to return to the settings screen.
Step 7 - You are ready to receive orders
You are all set to receive your orders. Incoming orders are displayed on the 'orders' screen. The video below shows what happens when an order comes in.
Incoming orders need to be either "Accepted" or 'Declined' then they move to the history screen.
If the optional receipt printer is connected then receipts will print automatically when the order is accepted.
